Smile

Smiling creates a chemical response in your brain that releases dopamine, endorphins and serotonin. By simply smiling you’re giving yourself all the chemicals people take medications for including depression and other sad feelings.

I challenge you to make an effort to smile as much as you can today and see if you feel in a happier calmer mood.

Imagine how nice life would be if all you needed to do was stop and smile.
