Happy body = Happy mind


I absolute hate making time to workout. I have every excuse in the book as to why I don’t have time. BUT, I know that my mind and body feel so much better after I exercise. So, I’m committing to take time to give my body and mind what it deserves. I challenge you to commit with me and exercise at least 30 mins a day at least 3 days a week. It’s hard in the beginning, but together we can make it.
