I don’t get it!!!!

I want to wake up when my body says it’s time to.

I want to eat when I’m hungry.

I want to sleep when I’m tired!

Why do we have to set alarms to wake up?

Take timed breaks to eat?

Set bedtimes?

Why be so controlled? Who decided this was necessary? Wouldn’t people be more productive if they lived at their own pace?
