I have found the best way to get motivated in my life is to take 15 minutes out of my day to meditate and give myself that personal quiet time we all need in a world that is noisy and never stops. There are many ways to meditate, listening to a guided meditation, trying to just find a quiet place or whatever works for you.
I found a download that I love. I wanted to share it with you in case you don’t know where to start. In addition to this guided meditation, I have found the app “Head Space” works for me.
